All peptide orders are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging to maintain compound stability throughout transit. Insulated boxes with ice packs are used for orders requiring cold chain conditions.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping on orders over €150 within the EU.
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If a product arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@noumpeptides.com with your order number and photos.
